The state has no explicit statutory prohibition against the corporate employment of physicians, allowing greater ownership flexibility than many other jurisdictions. While non-physicians and traditional business entities may generally own medical entities and employ clinicians, all clinical judgment and patient care decisions must remain under the authority of licensed healthcare providers.
